Sun protection under the glass dome: For the National Olympic Committee in Minsk, we provided a large-scale textile sun protection system. Glass domes make special demands on sun protection due to the large areas of glass at the top of the dome. Sun Works provides efficient individual solutions for this.

For the new construction of the meeting and conference centre of the National Olympic Committee in Minsk, we have installed a total of 54 textile tension systems as glare and sun protection underneath the glass dome. These mostly trapeze-shaped elements had to be installed to fit the curve of the glass dome. The result: A highly modern glass dome construction with no compromises with regard to the sun and glare protection and which stands out due to its homogeneous aesthetics.
